Sunzoo Manley

What started as an alter ego for Ozark Henry to feature on a french disco tune became a band jazz trio in 2000 with Frank Deruytter on Tenor Sax, Stéphane Galland (Aka Moon,...) on drums, resulting in an exploration of electro-acoustic free jazz. Sunzoo Manley is a real band where every body brings his best efforts to the table to create something that is still relevant today, more than 20 years later.

The first album 'To All Our Escapes' was originally commissioned by Dirk Wynants (Extremis) in 2000 and got released on Metthod in 2001. it can not be re-released in its original artwork because those files went missing in the archives of the record label. the new artwork created by Ozark Henry sets the background of where the music found its enthusiasm, New York.
